Common Uses

Nitrates include isosorbide dinitrate (isordil, dilatrate-SR, sorbitrate), isosorbide mononitrate (ISMO, imdur, monoket), nitroglycerin (nitrolingual, nitrostat, nitro-dur, minitran, deponit, and others). Some recreational drugs contain nitrates as well. If you experience painful and/or erection (lasting up to 4 hours), ask for emergency medical help right away. Missed Dose

If You Take Too Much

If you suspect you overdosed, seek medical attention right away. Symptoms of overdosing of Viagra are likely to include pain in chest, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, swelling of the legs, ankles. Drug Interaction You must not take Viagra on condition that you are currently using a nitrate medication for heart problems or pain in chest. If any of these apply to you, you may not be able to use Viagra, or you may need additional monitoring while your treatment or adjustment to your dose. There are some other medications and interacting with Viagra. Inform your health care provider in case you are currently taking any prescription or over-the-counter medicines.

Storage
